90% bangunan dibuat dari kayu ulin yg diambil langsung dr kalimantan. Kayu sudah langka sekali, sekarang hampir tidak mungkin bisa bangun rumah dari kayu ulin karena langkanya, dan sudah susah mau dibawa keluar dari Kalimantan/Sulawesi.

Harganya dibuka dari 7M (nego)... (relatif) mahal karenaaaaa kayu ulinnya saja sudah mahal, bangunan rumah itu butuh kira2 80 meter kubik... boleh cek di toko kayu harga kayu ulin per meter kubiknya ;-p.
